Challenge

Pre-accounting consumed hours every month. Invoices had to be collected from emails and manually entered into tools.

Solution

Implemented an n8n workflow that scans emails, classifies documents with AI, extracts metadata, and sends data to accounting.

Result

Manual data entry was eliminated. Around 5 hours saved per week for leadership and sales activities.
